The Mommies Network is a 501c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping moms find support and friendship in their local community. We were founded April, 2005 and currently have 119 communities in 33 states, with over 25,000 active members nationwide.

Site Retention Team Positions Available

The Mommies Network is seeking members for the Site Retention Team. The Site Retention team works to rebuild trust and establish a support base on struggling sites. All positions are on a volunteer basis.

Interim Site Administrator 


Responsibilities:
1.) Oversee the daily function of the site.
2.) Work with current Leadership Team in rebuilding the site.
3.) Ensure that all Member and Leadership Team questions and concerns/suggestions are handled in a timely manner.
4.) Implement any changes that come from TMN.
5.) Identify staffing needs and post for them.
6.) Interview, Hire, and Train new Managers, Moderators, and Forum Divas.
7.) Make sure Managers are utilizing and visiting TMN at least twice a week.

Requirements:
1.) At least 6 months of SA/ASA or Manager experience.
2.) Must be a self starter.
3.) Must be willing to work with host site a minimum of 2 hours a day.
4.) Must log on to TMN a minimum of every other day.
5.) Reports to the SRT Admin III and the Director of SRT.
