The Mommies Network is a 501c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping moms find support and friendship in their local community. We were founded April, 2005 and currently have 119 communities in 33 states, with over 25,000 active members nationwide.

Intro for April

Hi everyone, I’m April.

I am a member of the Operations Board serving as the Technical Manager. I started out as a member of CharlotteMommies in 2006. In October 2006 TMN launched a spin-off of CM (SWPiedmontMommies) and I was given the opportunity to be the Site Administrator.

I am the mother of two (who are both full of energy) – Matthew (3) and Abigail (1). I work full-time as a Systems Analyst in Charlotte. I am also a member (Sec./Treasurer) of the Board of Directors for the local Vol. Fire Dept. I enjoy spending any free time with my children and family.

We moved to the Charlotte area from Apex, NC in 2003. We currently live in McAdenville, NC (Christmas Town USA). We would love to move to “the country” on 10+ acres.
